Thread face lift

"Rejuvenation without scars"

What is it?

Thread lifters are biocompatible polydioxanone (PDO)  filaments , which are inserted into the dermis on the face using a very fine needle, without performing any surgery. This material is completely safe, absorbable and does not cause allergies or rejection in patients.

These threads are safer and more efficient. This is one of the most efficient aesthetic treatments for those looking to rejuvenate without any type of scar.

With the treatment of  polydioxanone (PDO) threads,   the formation of new collagen fibers will be favored and the fibroblasts and the synthesis of endogenous hyaluronic acid will be activated, which improves the quality of the skin and makes it more elastic.

Where can the wires be placed?

The threads can be applied to the face and neck, arms, abdomen, legs and buttocks.

The thread is placed in different positions on the face, forming a network that acts as a support for the tissues. Once the thread is inside, the needle is carefully removed. Properly placed, they are neither noticeable nor felt to the touch. The threads have a dual purpose: to cause a lifting effect on the face, which can be seen almost immediately, and to stimulate the production of collagen in the skin, an effect that will be seen progressively over 2-3 months after insertion.

Who can use thread lifts?

Men and women who wish to improve the first signs of aging on the face, especially treating flaccidity and at the same time improving the quality of the skin, giving the face a rejuvenated appearance, and in the same way stimulating collagen and elastin.

How long does the procedure take in the office?

First topical anesthesia is applied and left on for about thirty minutes. It is then removed and the procedure begins. The treatment takes about an hour.

How long do the PDO threads last?

The final effect of the thread lift can last up to 2 years after the treatment.
